Overview

GSlide Image Find & Replace ("the Add-on") is developed by GSlide Tools. This policy explains what data we access, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Access

The Add-on requests access to your Google Slides presentations solely to:

• Scan slides for repeated images
• Delete or replace selected images at your instruction
• Generate slide thumbnails for preview purposes within the add-on interface

Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not store, transmit, or retain any content from your presentations
• We do not collect personal information beyond your Google account email address
• We do not share any data with third parties
• We do not use your data for advertising or analytics purposes

OAuth Permissions

The Add-on uses the following Google OAuth scopes:

• presentations — To read and modify your Google Slides presentations
• script.external_request — To fetch slide thumbnails from Google's Slides API

Data Storage

No presentation data is stored on our servers. All processing occurs within Google's infrastructure via Google Apps Script. Your presentation content never leaves Google's systems.

Third Party Services

The Add-on communicates only with Google's own APIs (slides.googleapis.com) to fetch thumbnail images. No third-party services receive your data.
